Minimalist Studio on Calle Loiza • Near Ocean Park

You get what you pay for. Sub par Positive: I loved the area, a lot to do around 10 min walk to the beach in between the airport and Condado. I was safe and secure in the area with two lock codes to get in. Negative: The place is contactless, make sure you have your PIN codes BEFORE arriving because you will be stuck outside until you get ahold of the property manager. Place was quite dirty, dusty, and had a moldy smell. Around 11AM there was no water and it didn’t come back on until 4pm , they are renovating the next door apartments so you wake up to construction. No elevator only stairs. Water pressure was very low and very little hot water. The air conditioning was struggling to cool down a small room

Good location, awesome beach nearby Positive: Location. Negative: Older place, entrance not very inviting.

Great Value and Location. Communication was great Luckily I had cell service because wifi was inop Positive: Location Negative: inop Wifi. no one could fix it.
